8:30 this morning.
Lot's of run and carry, skills were up to scratch.
Howie presented well all day, Joel was a great target up
forward and Mitch King dominated all day.
Matty Brough ran a muck as usual, while the Janitor
cleaned up all day long.
Ran it out as well as anyone good.
