A disappointing start for the league side today, it really showed how much work we need to do.

We were competitive up to half time and then fell away badly.

A lack of discipline and focus on our own individual efforts contributed to letting ourselves down as a side,

but we learn from what went wrong and look forward to next weeks challenge.
